Malaga: An international city

Young students can take effective and relatively affordable classes at our school in Malaga Plus with a pleasant stay in amazing residence-style accommodations. While learning Spanish in a fun and motivating classroom environment, they will meet young people from all over the world, experience new and fascinating adventures with them, and enjoy the sun, beach and sea of this beautiful city, as well as its history and attractions. Participants share accommodation with teenagers from all over the world, which helps them to improve their language skills and understand each other's cultures.

Our teamers will fully support students between the ages of 18 and 21 throughout their experience. Students under the age of 18 must abide by all U20 program rules and accept constant supervision and monitoring by the teachers and team.

Summer camp activities

Summer in Malaga is an amazing time for young people. Thanks to the good weather, the sea and the sun, as well as the students from all over the world, the school has an incredible, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. After class, students have the option to go swimming or shopping, play sports, visit a historical or cultural site, participate in an activity or just hang out with their new friends.

Young students can explore Malaga at night while under the supervision of Malaga Plus team members, who are both friendly and rigorous. It is easy to understand why Malaga is such a popular vacation spot for young people, given its wonderful climate, the mix of teenagers from all over Europe, and the abundance of different activities on offer.

The Málaga Plus school offers our teenage students a wide and varied extracurricular program in addition to Spanish classes. Our recreational staff prepares numerous activities, such as horseback riding, go-karting, bowling and shopping.

There are always a variety of excursions and sightseeing opportunities because Malaga is a wonderful city with a rich culture, history and natural attractions. In addition to the aforementioned activities, every week we organize expertly planned excursions that will allow you to explore every corner of our beautiful city.

Summer camp excursions

One half-day excursion is included for students enrolling in a one-week course, two half-day excursions and one full-day excursion for students enrolling in a two-week course, and three half-day excursions and two full-day excursions for students enrolling in a three-week course. Students can book excursions not included in the package for an additional fee.

There is also an exciting program of activities, with events such as beach and boat parties, karaoke and comedy nights and parties for international students. Concerts, movie nights, typical Malaga dinners and excursions to other cities are some of the additional activities that are not included in the package price. The recreation staff will be happy to offer advice on other special events, assist students with bicycle rentals and book sports facilities and activities.


First day at summer camp

A representative of the school will meet you at the airport when you arrive in Malaga and arrange transportation to the school and/or accommodation. Don't forget to print out the necessary documentation for your reservation and have your photo ID ready for presentation. Your assigned team member will meet you and show you around the school after you have quickly checked into your apartment or host family. Students usually have enough time to enjoy a few hours of free time followed by dinner, as most arrivals take place on Sundays.

The first day of Spanish class is a Monday morning. Your teamer will inform you about your class in a meeting after breakfast if you took our online placement test before arrival. You will take the test at 9:00 if you did not take it online. Your teacher will place you in the appropriate class after checking your oral and written proficiency on the first day. If they are different, we will let you know and move you to a different class. After class, our team members will take you to visit the surroundings of the school, including the stores, the beach and other places of interest. You will also participate in a welcome party on Monday evening where you can meet other Málaga Plus students from all over the world.
